Baked Collective are looking for an experienced Cake Decorator.

The job will include:

- Stacking and decorating cakes

- Delivering Wedding Cakes (mainly on Saturdays any time between 12pm-6pm), with occasional Sunday & Friday deliveries. Must be able to decorate some cakes on site depending on design.

- Planning and checking schedules

- Serving and fulfilling customer orders

- Ability to work in a team

- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitary to workplace and kitchen

Requirements:

• Have prior experience in cake decorating in a professional setting (Please send images of prior work to laura@bakedcollective.com.au)
• Have an ability to learn fast and pay attention to detail when handling allergy friendly cakes
• Neat buttercream and piping skills
• Worked on vintage style cakes and tiered wedding cakes
• Have a positive attitude and hardworking
• Willing to comply to health and food safety standards
• Drivers license with own vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Cake decorating
• Cutting & stacking cake layers
• Mixing and baking cakes
• Cleaning and organising inventory
• Delivering Wedding Cakes to venues all over Sydney
• Liaising with wedding coordinators
• Jumping into other roles where needed (shopfront/cafe, baking other items, maybe slices/brownies etc)
